Syuh FAQ's

What do I get when I sign up?

After signing up and selected a package, you will receive an email with access information to an sftp server. Most users will access our pods over sftp / using rclone and any tools using these will work without issue.

What can I do with a pod?

Our pods are mainly used for system backups, but they can also be used for general storage of files. You can even link it to other systems to use as add-on storage if needed.

How do I backup my data to Syuh?

There's a wide range of ways to manage data on your pod. We support tools such as rsync, sftp & rclone. How you manage your data is down to you, either automate them or attach your storage pod to use as live storage.

What kind of speeds should I expect?

There are thresholds put in place to/from your pod at around 100Mbps, this is to ensure that everyone has a stable connection to the server and large upload/downloads do not affect other users.
