Are there limitations on size or file type?

There are no file size or type limitations imposed on each pod for individual folders & files. The only limit is the hard limit of the pod itself.

How can I access my files?

Files can be accessed in various ways, you can use your favourite sftp client to connect and view your data. You can also mount your storage using SSHFS or rclone. All of these details will be emailed to you.

Where are my files stored?

Files uploaded to Syuh are currently stored in Zürich, Switzerland. More locations will be announced soon, with availability from Q2-Q3 2024.
